Gearing up for our annual trip to the Dicken's Christmas Faire in San Francisco. Dark, cloudy and threatening to rain...do we want to do this again? I couldn't help but think of Bradbury's "Something Wicked This Way Comes". An oddity in 3/4 time.

ReverbNation Crowd Reviews: "This song was so perfect, it's a keeper!" "This song has a lot of layers and definitely worth listening to again and again. I loved it a lot."

Lyrics

Let's all hop in the car for a rainy day getaway (before it starts to pour)
Let's all hope it's not far, there are things I wanna see today (though I've seen them before)

It's a rainy day faire, it's a good thing its inside (let's hope it's warm and dry)
It's not a circus, it could use a few more rides (but there's so much to buy)

Won't you take my hand as we walk side by side
Won't you take a chance on this old time wild ride

Carnies, barkers, acrobats flying high in the air at the end of a string
Hold your breath for the final act with 3 jugglers on one trampoline

Won't you take my hand as we walk side by side
Won't you take a chance on this old time wild ride

It's time to head home now, it's been a long day, at the rainy day fair
If something wicked this way came, at least we're a long way from there
